About Maren Reed
HATCH Consulting was born out of my desire to provide leaders what I often lacked in the corporate world: an experienced outside perspective that is direct, thoughtful and strategic.
As a former advertising executive with experience building and leading teams, I draw on my successes and, most importantly, the failures I’ve had as leader to support clients facing a rapidly changing landscape. Today, I’m not afraid to admit that some of the most invaluable lessons are learned after things don’t go the way we planned.
While the dominant culture puts pressure on executives to only vocalize accolades and accomplishments, I encourage clients to be brave enough to have the hard conversations resulting in more authentic leadership and trust within their organization.
